OUR SERVICES

  1. Administer, monitor and evaluate the Central Government recruitment process;
  2. Approving the Employment of Special Contracts.
  3. Approving extension of service for Employees.
  4. Receiving, listening, and analyzing all employee complaints and appeals.
  5.  Confirmation of service for the employees after completing the probation period.
  6.  Dismissal or reinstatement of employees suspected to commit disciplinary offences; 
  7. Promotion employees in accordance with the Scheme of Service.
  8.  Issue leave without pay for civil servants
  9. Termination of service.
  10. Prepare and issue circulars pertaining commission’s activities;
  11. Changing of cadre for employees.
